The Net's First and Only Hit Exchange E-zine

June 26th, 2003

Welcome

Welcome to the PREMIER issue of the Hit Exchange News!

I've been planning an idea for a e-zine of this genre for many months. It's a very exciting time for me because this will not be 'just another e-zine'...I hope to make this newsletter the most trusted source for news and reviews on all traffic generating programs online. Those who know me, know that I'm a little obsessed with traffic =)

Yes, I'm addicted to clicking and occasionally have been known to spend entire days in front of my computer. As I write this issue, there are HUNDREDS of hit exchange programs online. Some are well planned and executed online businesses while others are someone's hobby. Hit Exchange marketing can be the most profitable tool you can use, when done correctly.

Hit Exchange News is not only to inform you of what's happening in the industry, but it will educate you on how to maximize your surfing experiences. This is the only e-zine of it's kind online, so together, we are experiencing this for the first time. If I make a mistake along the way, bare with me, I'm going to be working on the web site for the next week or so.

I plan on adding downloads (e-books, scripts, reports), tools, and a resource section. This will all be a members only area, so stay tuned for that...

So again, welcome to the Hit Exchange News and I wish you nothing but online success with all your endeavors.

Let's go make history!

Weekly Top 10

Our Top 10 list is determined by many factors. We closely monitor traffic statistics in all the major exchanges as well as the newer programs.

We do not only look at the numbers in this list, these rankings are based on site design, ease of use, customer support, and overall performance (traffic delivery, uniqueness, remaining hits).

These are unbiased reviews and you will never see ILoveHits in these lists (conflict of interest, even though it's a great exchange *grin*). Following our weekly Top 10 you can be sure that your time and effort in each hit exchange is well spent. =)

Enjoy!

News

This is our release issue so the biggest news right now in the Hit Exchange industry is us =).....

  • We are inviting all exchange owners to our newsletter to provide us with any changes, news or announcements within their programs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover each exchange in detail but will do our best to make sure you know what's coming up in exchange land.
  • If you are planning to release a new hit exchange, please feel free to let us know about it and we will include it in our weekly new release section. E-mail hitexchangenews@rogers.com for possible inclusion.
  • HitsForHits (by Aid For Teens) is one of the oldest exchanges online. Unfortunately, they had serious troubles but all is well now and WOW, what an improvement! Check out Version 3.0 now!.
  • Major changes have recently occurred at GlobalTrafficTrader (GTT). The new look and new concept have caught on and many exchange users are promoting this new look exchange everywhere. There new concept has the look and feel of a virtual stock market for traffic. Interesting concept and time will tell if GTT has remembered their Hit Exchange roots or are moving on to different things.

Things That Make You Go...Hmmm?

By no means is this section to insult anyone, these are just some issues that come up every now and again to people that surf the exchanges...Program owners, take note!

  • Hmmmm...Boy, doesn't ScreenBlaze seem to be having troubles staying online these days. Server errors, script errors. Maybe they should have spent more on the program and less on their 'hype'??
  • Hmmmm...Fly In Ads have been banned from a LOT of hit exchanges. Interesting enough, Fly In Ad's are a great cheat prevention method...
  • Hmmmm...I'm a prime example of surfing these things too much. My wrist is always hurting...Why haven't I purchased a Rocket Mouse yet?
  • Hmmmm...Whatever happened to 1heluva?

Featured Exchange

Every second week we will have an in-depth look at a hit exchange. We will go over every aspect of the site and have a Q & A section with the owner.

If any exchange owner is interested, please drop us a line;

hitexchangenews@rogers.com

This will be a very revealing section and should provide users with an educated look at the many options and features of the exchange.

Stay tuned!

Testimonials? Already?

Don't you hate it when a new program comes online and they already have two pages of testimonials? *cough* SpamTerminator...

Any ways, instead of trying to insult your intelligence with testimonials BEFORE I even send one mailing, I'm now looking for testimonials about the e-zine =)

Just a short paragraph about Hit Exchange News, what you like about it, etc...And send them to me at:

hitexchangenews@rogers.com

I will put some on the front page of the site with a link to your web site for helping me out, and I plan on creating a separate page for testimonials, which again, your web site will be linked to with the kind words *grin*

Thanks folks, I appreciate your time!

Until next week...

We'll be back =)

Thanks for being a subscriber and we hope you enjoyed this issue.

We're going to be working hard to make this the absolute best e-zine on the net. We always welcome comments and suggestions, so if you have any, we'd love to hear from you!

hitexchangenews@rogers.com

Until next week...Keep on clicking!
