The Pulse of the Hit Exchange Industry!
November 29th, 2007

One To Click On by Jon

Welcome to the new issue of Hit Exchange News!

It's true! The rumors were flying and this past week we let the cat out of the bag. Robert Puddy and myself teamed up to put a new look and feel to one of the net's first traffic exchanges, Click Crazey.

The results have been nothing less than fantastic as surfing is way up, delivery is quite steady and more members have been joining this past week than in the past few months combined. It's amazing what happens when you throw a new look and feel on and oldie but goodie traffic exchange.

Be sure to pop by and join Click Crazey today and take advantage of our unique way of managing this program. It's going to be a lot of fun to watch this develop and I'm honored to be on board for the re-launch!

Thank you very much for being a subscriber and enjoy Hit Exchange News!

The News

  • It's been a year already? SWAT Traffic got it's start 365 days ago this past week and I have been having quite the celebration over at SWAT. There is a $100 referral giveaway contest that started as well as a great 'anniversary' advertising package ready to go. A special thanks goes out to every single member of SWAT and here's to another successful year at the baby brother exchange of ILH!
  • Traffic Hoopla (or Test Hoopla as it's now known) celebrated 5 years online this past week! I couldn't believe it at first, because it seems like only yesterday Bill Carr and myself were meeting in the old MPAM seminar room and chit chatting about traffic exchanges...Anyways, congrats to both Bill and David! Way to go guys, your reports are still the most in depth around.
  • Start Xchange reached 30,000 members this past week as well. I know this seems like a recurring theme in H.E.N. but I love to mention the accomplishments of some of these programs. 30,000 members? That is remarkable. Way to go Mr. Linden!
  • This Week's Splash Page Hall of Fame Entry is this page! It does a great job at branding Solomon's name and photo, but it really grabs your attention with other known names in the traffic exchange industry. Great splash page!

The HEN Top Ten results are based on traffic statistics (unique hits, traffic flow, hits delivered, traffic quality) and a touch of good old fashioned 'opinion'. The industry changes just like in the real world, so an exchange may not be on the list this week, but will be number 1 next week! Discuss this week's Top 10 list in the Net Marketing Forum!

Enjoy this week's list!

  1. Traffic Splash
  2. Traffic Swarm
  3. TS 25
  4. Hit Safari
  5. Link Crews
  6. Start Xchange
  7. Max Traffic Pro
  8. Dragon Surf
  9. Traffic At The Races
  10. Traffic Roundup

Hey Jon, how come I Love Hits, Click Crazey and SWAT Traffic are never on the top 10 list? Since I own them, I feel it would be a conflict of interest to place it on any of my rankings. If you want to see how well they are performing each week, please check TestHoopla top 20 weekly ranking!

Deep Thoughts - Feature Articles

Brand and Build Part 2!

I got an amazing newsletter from Traffic Roundup this week where Stephen and Bobby really did a great job at explaining how to brand in the traffic exchanges.

Far too many times I hear people say that exchanges are only sellers advertising to sellers. And they don't get results, yadda yadda. Guess why? You are trying to sell! Stop selling! There are two things you should be doing to get the maximum amount of results from these programs...And like the Roundup newsletter mentioned, branding is one of them and the other is to build your mailing list.

Brand your business (name) and build your mailing list!

That's it. Don't complicate the process and don't try to make these programs more difficult then they are. I know it sounds simple, but if you focus on those two things plus have the right attitude when it comes to 'slow and steady' (or like I call it traffic exchange brand awareness), you WILL see results!

Program Review - TE Blaster

Yes, this is a competing program to my own co-op, Doctor Traffic. But this program is just so darn good, I could not possibly ignore it. I had to do a review of this, not only because it's owned by one of the most prominent owners on the net, but also because of the amazing new look and feel it recently got.

TE Blaster is the work of Steve Ayling, owner of Traffic At The Races and Raining Traffic. This co-op is completely hands free, and when I say it's easy to use, it's REALLY easy to use. Log in, pay your fees and submit your URLs. It's that simple. No run around, no crazy sales page, just simple and straight forward.

As for the traffic? It's some of the best I have seen. A big chunk of your hits will come from the programs that Steve has interest in, and that's cool because his programs are some of the better managed exchanges on the net.

Overall, this is a perfect companion program for your traffic exchange advertising and one of the best performing advertising services I have ever used.

Overall Rating: 5.0 Mouse Clicks (Rating out of 5.0)
