I agree Jon that the Traffic at the Races Splash Page was long. I wish I could get the 3 and half minutes of my life back that I used to watch it.

I am in agreement with you in regard to customer service as the service goes both ways and most sites do their best , however if your on constant attack from hackers, trojan horses and the like, then mistakes do happen and of course the pattern of weather around the world "Global Warming" doesn't help much either.

So as long as do your best and be polite and do a good job each day then people shouldn't complain too much as we always seem to be in a hurry or huff if something does wrong and the idea of patience has become obselete in our vocabulary.. Lets turn a new leaf and understand what's happening around us before jumping to conclusions I think.

PS ... Could I please change my mailing addres for the HitExchangeNews from achates20101c@yahoo.com.au to achates20101c@gmail.com, thank you very much

I do think that commissions are a big reason people promote exchanges. Not the only Of course. I think it would really increase your exposure. Of course who doesn't know Jon or his exchanges.

I agree on the trafficera about team surfing making robots that are not looking just competing. Which could be why startxchange has such big numbers.
