Issue 239 - Results? Results? Where Are The Results?
Author: The T.E. GuyI’ve been singing the praises of Downline Builder Direct over the past few days. I know people are used to the latest program to be shoved in front of them, and only ‘new releases’ discussed and promoted, but this is different…
Being that it’s not a new program but a few months old, really gets you noticing it. Seems weird, in an industry that loves ‘fresh and new’ that we are continuing to discuss a program that was launched months ago.
The reason? Results.
We talk about results each and every day in the training rooms I hang out in, whether it’s SWAT Traffic’s or Affiliate Funnel’s. The fact is, while results are a very important topic, rarely do we see emphasis on results, instead we focus on the ‘new’.
Can you blame us though? I mean, anything flashy and hyped will be the talk of the town until something newer is released. It’s part of the business, just like the internet and technology, our industry is always moving forward.
So while it’s great to jump on new programs and get excited about them, maybe we should remember some of the best performing programs out there, that are NOT new, and have paved the way for the new ones to be launched in the first place.

Why We Need Your Votes…
So the top ranked traffic exchanges at Affiliate Funnel are being voted on each and every week and we are now well into week 2 of our little re-launch of the Surfer’s Choice. It’s a very exciting time at A.F. and for good reason.
You see, we are firm believers in ‘giving the members a voice’. We feel this is the ultimate way to gauge how well a traffic exchange is performing on an industry scale because the more people who vote for a traffic exchange, the happier the surfers are at said program. Point being, the more votes, the higher the votes, the better the traffic exchange is in it’s member’s eyes.
But it’s only two weeks into this thing…It’s very important that we continue the momentum and keep people voting. It’s got to turn into a habit if it’s going to succeed. Like what Hit Safari did this week? Give them a 10. Didn’t like an e-mail I sent to SWAT Traffic, give it a 5. Can’t stand a program, give it a 1. The main idea though, is to vote. And vote daily.
Sure, we’ve already heard the remarks about people ‘begging for votes’ but I don’t buy it. I’m a member of 99% of the traffic exchanges out there and I read EVERY email update and no where did I see people begging for votes. i saw owners asking for votes, and that’s what we want. We want people to get into the habit of voting and creating the ultimate top traffic exchange list on the net.

Dragon Surf gets a 10 from me every week !
Why? It always has and continues to give me results.
Just a note:
I purchased a traffic exchange from esb host. called liladsite.com everything was great until at times the site became unreachable every so often. as of today it has been unreachable for almost 24 hours and the support team wishes to blame my home net or sql backups. I only paid $30 for the site already installed. Great buy! the hosting cost is only $2 or so a month. I have $35 in my host account. I also bought supercyberad.com which cost $25. Hosting $3 or so per month. I write this because this was such a great deal at first but it is obvious that it is not such a great deal now. so if you are looking at a deal from cobra scripts and esb host you might think long and hard about such cheep deals. The script was great, but if it can not get to the site to use it then it becomes worthless. Just a note.

WOW. I had to see the email for myself to believe it. WOW. WOW. Truly sad.

Stirring the Pot I see. Nice of you to take advantage of me while I’m fighting a brain tumor. Such Class! I was just making a joke. If you had read the whole thing you would have seen that I put and I quote:
“Only vote how you feel Traffic Heroes should be voted for. If you think we are a 10 vote 10. If you think we suck give us a 1. Rate the others exchanges fairly. If they deserve a 10 give it to them. If they deserve a 1 give it to them.”
I was just joking about Dragon Surf. I asked them to vote fairly. Unlike the exchange that have asked to give them a 10 and everyone else a 1. Forgot who it was but it was one of the exchanges listed in the non downline builder part of Affiliate Funnel below 20. You know down where SWAT Traffic is! But since you wanted start trouble while I am so sick and Traffic is For Sale I just tried to login at Dragon Surf and it says that Sorry, that login was incorrect! Please login again with the correct details. I just had my administrator try to add a Traffic Heroes url to her account at Dragon Surf and it says “Traffic Heroes is a banned site”
Someone is lying and it ain’t Rich Morris. If Traffic Heroes is not banned and I happen to be at the moment Traffic Heroes then why can I not log in? Why can my members not add a traffic heroes url unless by sneaking it in a rotator? Why don’t you ask Soren if we are banned, that is both myself and my exchange. I have written to him on numerous emails asking that he at least have enough class to allow my members to be able to advertise their Traffic Heroes url’s even if he doesn’t have enough class to un-ban me from Dragon Surf for no reason. He responds by telling me where to go and banning each email address I use to email him.
I do see that Pat Grilliot is still as two-faced as ever. The only site patg has currently at Traffic Heroes happens to be Dragon Surf. If I am so bad why is PatG still a member of Traffic Heroes? Could it be because they get results using their Track that ad tracker they use?
Let’s see just how impartial you really are and see if you print this in it’s entirety. Shame on you Mr. Olson for kicking someone when they are down. I guess somethings never change. Now I don’t feel so special to get that Affiliate Funnel card in the mail thanking me for my upgrade.
Rich - I’m not ‘kicking you’ while you are down. I asked why you banned Dragon Surf, simple question. You put it in your update, so I will ask. Thus the entire purpose of Hit Exchange NEWS…

Nice of you to unban it. I can provide dozens of people that will tell everyone that up until just recently, around the time I put it in my newsletter joking of course and you found out that I had to much class to ban Dragon Surf on Traffic Heroes because of your pettiness
No Sir it is not obvious why I would be banned. Not banned anywhere else. So I am a little outspoken from time to time. That’s not a reason to ban anyone. You don’t ban me in all the programs of your’s that I belong to and purchase your One time offers or upgrade my membership. I get about 1 email a day from you for all those programs I belong to. No I am only banned in 1 of your programs I guess obviously because I’m just a free member.
Regardless of any problems I have with Jon I am upgraded in his programs and I spend alot of money purchasing credits from Jon all the time. I draw a line between business and personal feelings. On a personnel level we may not be best buddies. But on a business level I have much respect for Jon. Same with you. On a personal level I can’t stand you for many obvious reasons, mainly the personal attacks like go crawl back under your rock and unprofessional attitude you have against me. But on a business level I find you to be a very smart, innovative bright person who’s programs have been a great benefit to me.
It’s a shame that you cannot separate your personal feelings from your professional feelings. Luckily you are in the minority and the majority of Business owners are mature enough to separate their feelings and keep it on a professional level!
