A word of warning to owners of hover TE's:
The old cheat programs can now be dusted off and used with little programming effort. the problem is the kernel. Here the programmer can control the position of the mouse cursor changing any hover TE into an AUTO surf. There is no fix for this from a script perspective. Looking for repeat high surfing members is the only way to catch some not all the cheaters.

Regarding hover surfing:

I tab-surf both hover and click TE's at the same time, no problem. Humans are an animal of habit. Us surfers are in the habit of clicking, un-training ourselves may or may not ever happen.

When I click on a hover it has the same effect because I hovered while (senselessly) clicking by habit. My personal wish is that all TE's were hover (so I could un-train the animal instinct of habit within me).

Thanks much for all you do! You are a true leader in this industry. -Max-

It's certainly shaping up to be a big year online in 2009, and the industry can only grow as bigger and bigger audiences look towards the internet for additional revenues, and to traffic exchanges as a cost-effective means of promoting.

I'm looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.

Hey Jon,

Great thread at NMF about Hover Surfing. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I also expect to see a lot of great things come out of the Hidden Traffic Formula. From what I have seen so far that is great stuff that Robert is putting out.

Peace
