Ted, yes sir, very wise words. Proceed with extreme caution and if you are going to invest a large sum, ask a lawyer before you do.

Solomon - LOL I couldn't believe it when I read it. I'm like, sure buddy because everyone holds on to 800 dollar checks for 2 months...

Jacquie - Shame isn't it. But you are absolutely correct.

I'm not sure about the 4daily/StormPay debacle but I do remember the 12dailypro one. When I first started online over 4 years ago 12dailypro was the first program I joined. After making a few small spends with the program and making some money. I went with a few larger spends when the government shut it down. I have been nervous about everything online since. I did just get paid from the class action lawsuit that was filed 4 years ago. Got 30% of my money back. Watch out for the revenue share programs!

Hmm, revenue sharing? I've been around long enough to remember the 4daily/StormPay debacle (if you're not then go Google it!). Anything that changes the primary aim of using traffic exchanges away from targeted advertising to revenue producers therefore makes me deeply uneasy.

Traffic exchanges are an excellent way to bring money into the coffers because they are very effective for list building and closely target us 'make money' lot. I've never been known to turn down commissions either :-)

The internet isn't magic - if a 'business model' wouldn't work in the real world, it's only going to last online for as long as greed triumphs over common sense!

Thanks for the kind things you stated about Jamison Raymond. As many know Jamison is my closest friend in the world and we are from the same small town in Florida. I had to twist his arm and get him to start BlackHat Graphics and I helped him start it by giving him templates I purchased from Justin. James is talented beyond belief. He won several top splash page awards from HEN when I owned Traffic Heroes.

While he is the greatest splash page maker in the world hands down he is also the greatest Traffic Exchange Designer as well. As soon as my new traffic exchange officially launches you will have proof to that. It's 95% done and James has done the complete design, the splash pages and the banners as well as some extra programming. The man is a genius and I am so happy you pointed out how great he is.

I do extensive advertising for James to help him out, much of it on ILoveHits I should point out. Not only is James the most talented graphics designer he is a great musician and artist as well. Plus he is outstanding with customer service on Affiliate Funnel and Traffic-Splash. Everything James does is with total professionalism.

As for Alert Pay I've been fed up with them for months and I will never use them again!

Another great issue Jon, you do such a terrific job with Hit Exchange News!

Ya DA, that's my thinking exactly.

Why mess with it?

Why take the chance to have potentially MASSIVE problems when it comes to processors.

A traffic exchange was a great simple concept, look at my site and I'll look at yours. Somewhere along the way we have lost our innocence.

I just recently installed PayPal IPN to WBS. I did away with all the other processors. SafePay owes me several hundred dollars from many months ago, and I figured AlertPay was having some problems when they started adding all these questions and website verifications. I've thought about Google checkout. I see Tim uses it at StartxChange...

As for my take on revenue sharing in TE's, or any other program for that matter... why push the envelope? We jare also discussing how Payment processors are hard to acquire and keep. Why think of doing anything that may jeopardize your PayPal? There may be 'profits' but they won't last...

Ya the Alert Pay thing is getting silly these days. I know they need to follow the rules but even when their members do, they pull stunts like telling me not to cash a check...from a few months ago? Silly.
