Seems I missed a lot going on been too busy to surf.

I still think teams need to be very organised and have more than one leader to take over in an emergency. When two drop out for some reason the whole thing can collapse.

I may take a look at this but it looks like I am going in a different direction and partly back off line again good luck with the teams.

The ad exchanges will keep me on line so it is not all change.

Ya man, we followed the Ready Fire Aim way of launching it. Was it perfect, absolutely not and I’m sure it will go through some growth changes in the near future. But the point is the action was taken. You can adjust while you go. Just go LOL

Lazy… boy where to start. I think you hit the nose on the head with this one.

I think that it’s not a trend, it simply is the way it is, which is sad.

Take action and get results. For instance we launched teteams, we were excited to get it out there, did we do everything right? Of course not, BUT we took action and did not allow ourselves to be stuck in analysis paralysis.
