Plus One – So simple, it’s that awesome…
First of all, I apologize for not making a blog post last week. It’s been a crazy week in not only my life but the entire traffic exchange industry, I thought it would be best if I took the back seat last week. But life goes on and wow, am I excited about this concept…
Justin and I talked a few months ago one night late in Skype. We thought how can we add one new customer to our businesses each and every day and then it hit us…This was an awesome concept because it was simple and everyone can do it. Here’s the idea, let me know what you think in the comments below…
Plus One means to add one new subscriber, one new customer, one new business connection, one new referral to your business each and every day. Then add these up over a year and WOW, you’ve got some amazing numbers in 365 days. But it doesn’t have to be just customers or sales, even positive actions help develop your business.
Simple, and effective. Learn something new every day. Meet someone new in surf chat. Watch a new video in ClickTrackProfit. Take action on something you have learned online….Add that up after a year and you’ve got some HUGE results coming to you.
This is so effective because it’s simple. Far too long you have been told you need to have this massive mailing list and you need to work on this and that instead of focusing on ONE thing a day, every day, for a year. Stop trying to build a list of ten thousand people, how about focusing on one person a day!

One! Only one? Are you serious?
Yes of course you are.
And the message flies in the face of all those adverts which offer to “get thousands of visitors to your website in the next 15 minutes” and many other of the online nonsense we are subjected to daily.
One can be the magic number.
One new subscriber, one new friend made online, one new contact, one positive piece of action a day.
Now that is a business model which excites me.

Good to see you back!
This is in line with the Kevin Kelly’s 1,000 True Fans concept that I discussed in my video today.
You only need 1,000 True Fans, not millions of customers, to make a six figure income.
1,000 Fans X $100 per year is $100K.
Focus on building relationships with a smaller number of people instead of marketing to millions and hoping someone clicks and buys.
It is how the ‘Net works now.

Welcome back Jon – According To Confucius “A journey of one thousand miles begins with a single step”. You are right in the fact that anybody can complete Plus +1 each and every day if they show up and put in the effort. Small progressive steps in the right direction will ultimately bring about long term business success. In this business (internet marketing) you have to focus on building one relationship at a time. I like most people spend money buying from the people that I trust.

Yet another post that isn’t sexy and won’t make you any friends in the world of network marketers who advertise on many many TE’s to find vunerable people who still believe in slot machine marketing.
When I get up to an average of one new customer a day of my product I will be a very happy man. Making a single sale is easy, but turning it into recurring sales is much more difficult.
Perhaps I’ll now be giving away CTP badges means I’ll get a better quality of subscriber?

One thing I am sure you thought of, but didn’t mention, is if you think of just one, the amount of personal connection to that one person you met, helped, referred, and got to know, will be better than 10 or 20 people you referred, but did not connect with. (I know bad grammer and run on sentence there. lol)
If you deal with one, you each will care more about the other’s progress in this online world, than if you cater to the masses. Personal details mean so much, and you will succeed that much more.

I have done so many things trying to get somewhere with a business, & it doesn’t matter what I try, nothing works, and I never make any money, I don’t know why I even keep trying !!!!

That concept is taking it back to the basics of business. It has always been said that after we try all the different strategies, we will always end up back at the basics.
When your business stops or slows down (as all businesses do), you will recognize that you stopped doing the basics.
Not only that, can you imagine the relief you just handed to a whole bunch of people. They can stop stressing and taking medication for it – lol

I was taught by Randy Schroeder a couple of years ago that; “daily disciplines when DONE DAILY build character” … I have found this to be true. To take massive daily action on key disciplines will lead to success regardless of the size of your vision.
