It's one thing to see ads in the exchanges as I surf, but it is not always easy to see if the ad is from the owner or a member. When I see an ad in HEN I know (assume) it is from the owner. Maybe others don't like the ads, but I don't mind the space they take, and they don't really interrupt the flow. Just another opinion from the peanut gallery. Nice new look! congratulations.
